 1/  E/BAF - EMERGENCY BUNKER SURCHARGE 

     Effective:  Jan. 01, 2008 (date on board) through April 30, 2008

     US$ 240.00 per 20' container

     US$ 300.00 per 40' container

     US$ 340.00 per 40'HQ container

     US$ 380.00 per 45' container

2/  CAF - CURRENCY ADJUSTMENT FACTOR  

     Effective:  Jan. 01, 2008  (date on board)  -  12%

     Effective:  Feb. 01, 2008  (date on board)  -   8%

     Effective:  Mar. 01, 2008  (date on board)  -   7%

     * The rate will be calculated and will fluctuate on a monthly basis.

3/  CALCULATION

     Basic ocean freight rate  x  CAF  +  E/BAF  =  total ocean freight cost.
